VirtuAll Assistants offers virtual back-office support for contractors, developers, inspectors, attorneys, real estate professionals, and other clients in Florida. Services include (but are not limited to):
- Bookkeeping & invoicing
- Permitting assistance & research
- Documentation & SOP creation
- Administrative coordination & notary services
- Services are delivered under agreed-upon retainers, one-time packages, or project-specific arrangements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By engaging with us, you confirm that you have the authority to bind yourself and/or your business to these Terms.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information needed to perform services.
- Maintain timely communication to avoid delays.
- Remain responsible for final compliance with all legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
4. Payment & Billing
- Services are billed on a retainer or one-time basis, as agreed in writing.
- Payment is due according to the terms of your invoice or service agreement.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services until accounts are current.
5. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information. All sensitive materials shared with VirtuAll Assistants will be handled responsibly and used solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services.
6. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, templates, and resources created by VirtuAll Assistants remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients retain ownership of their original documents, business data, and proprietary information.
7. Limitations of Liability
- VirtuAll Assistants is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- While we provide diligent and accurate support, final responsibility for compliance, legal filings, and approvals rests with the client.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain payable.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse, copy, or distribute any content or materials without written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
